[opensuse-buildservice] sony vaio FW140e screen problems withsuse 11.1

Hi all! I just installed suse 11 on vaio Fw140e and the screen does not work. The graphics card is intel GMA 4500MHD. I can work with an external monitor so the problem is that the notebook's screen is not compatible. I tried to make the Xconfiguration but the command did not found. any ideas ?? Thanks in Advance! [opensuse-buildservice] is there still a ia64 build host?

I still occassionally need packages for a couple of servers running SLES9 on ia64. I have seen ia64 packages, but I can't find where to add a ia64 build to packages. You can use the meta from above. - You create your own base projects (to build against) and you import the Distribution into obs (the :full folders). Depending on use case, one or the other might be more interesting for you. [opensuse-buildservice] local obs, 'unable to walk on path'

Hi all, I've been trying to set up a local OBS instance, following the instructions at http://en.opensuse.org/Build_Service/Build_Service_Installation_Tutorial/op… I've followed the section 'Setup Initial Distributions', and created a user and a home project for that user, and added a package. When I try to add a build repository to my project, I click on 'Add repository (old)' and then click on the openSUSE 11.0 button, I get this: OpenSUSE Webclient Error: Error Details: Errorcode: package_save_error Message: error saving project: unable to walk on path 'openSUSE.org:openSUSE:11.0/standard' Does anyone have an idea what I've done wrong? Have I missed a step, or something? [opensuse-buildservice] obs - build stucks at finished

Hi, when updating a package, it is rebuild, but stucks at finished (home:rhomann). This does not change until i send another update. Then finished packages changes to "succeed" or "failed". If there were blocked packages they get build then but also stuck then at "finished". Is this related to the memory problem of obs ? [opensuse-buildservice] Patch to bs_publish to make secure apt repository

Hi, now that I have signing up and running for RPM, I also need to have a signed apt repo. How that works can be read at http://wiki.debian.org/SecureApt I created a patch to bs_publish to generate a Release and a Release.gpg file, which is needed to secure apt. Patch is attached. Hi all! I have a modified version of obs (r5507) working with kiwi imaging inside obs. Today I updated to svn trunk. Now i see these errors: - imaging (kiwi-image) expansion errors: nothing provides kiwi-filesystem:ext2 nothing provides kiwi-packagemanager:zypper IIRC _no_ packages provide this dependencies and this is _not_ transparent for imaging of different distros. Whats the plan here ?
