[opensuse-buildservice] Adding Deb repositories from Build Service

Hi all It's pretty easy to add a .repo file from software.opensuse.org to one's yum.repos.d in order to get easy access to packages that have been built on the Build Service. What is the equivalent thing for Debian packages? In that case I need a .list file that I can put in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/, or else just a line something like this: deb http://packages.medibuntu.org/ feisty free non-free Any suggestions? [opensuse-buildservice] Some questions

Hello. I added yesterday Fedora 7 and Mandriva 2007 repositories to my project. The first problem was that I have to write explicit name for the repo when I used advanced button. Otherwise it ended with error. It would be nice if the name for it would be chosen automatically when the name is left blank. But I see more serious problem, that I don't see any Fedora nor Mandriva repository on the ftp: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/lmich/ Btw. Mandriva build does not start, because of expansion error: nothing provides prelink . Does anybody know, how to fix this without building own package for Mandriva? Thank you. [opensuse-buildservice] Adding repository: 10.2 or 10.2:Update?

Hello, I'm trying to build some backports of openSUSE:Factory packages, targeting stock openSUSE 10.2 + updates, and am not sure whether I need to add the openSUSE:10.2 repository, openSUSE:10.2:Update, both, or just the openSUSE 10.2 option that I can select without going to the advanced page on the web interface. Does openSUSE:10.2:Update include openSUSE:10.2 ? [opensuse-buildservice] Can I use y2pmbuild on SuSE 10.2?

Hi, I checked SuSE 10.2's repository and there's no y2pmsh rpm. There's y2pmsh-2.13.3-6.i586.rpm in SuSE 10.1's repository. I tried to install y2pmsh-2.13.3-6.i586.rpm on SuSE 10.2 and it doesn't work. Is there any particular reason SuSE remove y2pmsh from 10.2? I tried the "build" tool of SuSE 10.2 but it gave me error messages when I tried to build a SuSE 9.3 rpms. When I use SuSE 10.0 and y2pmbuild to build that rpm it was all ok. [opensuse-buildservice] Reorganising the library packages in games:*

Hi there. I've been looking through the various packages available under the games:* projects and it seems to me that there a number which are in the wrong projects and should really be located in the games:libs project. The packages which I think belong in games:libs/ are cegui, libdevil, ogre and zziplib from games:WorldForge/ and cal3d from cal3d/. I've contacted Kai Blin and he agreed to move the games:WoldForge packages to games:libs. I have been working on updated rpms for a few of these projects (not just version increases but following the openSUSE guidelines more closely) and would like to be added as a maintainer for games:libs to look after these packages. I also have a few new packages to add to games:libs myself (ois, FreeImage and SILLY). Hi, I would like to request access to the OpenSUSE Build system in order to package a few pieces of software, including my own tools. I am one of the 2 main guys from the RPMforge repository. Dries Verachtert is the "other" guy and already has put a lot of our perl packages in the OpenSUSE buildsystem. My main interest is in building SLES and RHEL packages and learning about the OpenSUSE Build system.
