It should do that to add missing services to master.cf. Further documentation in the head of /usr/lib/postfix/postfix-script. A similar issue was recently discussed in Ihsan Dogan's Solaris Postfix packages on the postfix-users@ mailing list. 2. the postfix package contains /etc/postfix/postfix-files which is no longer part of the distribution. 3. the postfix-doc package contains /usr/share/doc/packages/postfix-doc/README_FILES/QMQP_README which is no longer part of the distribution.
