Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Hibernate 2. Wake-up Actual Results: No network. NetworkManager error reported is "No cable". Expected Results: Network service up. Restarting NetworkManager do not change anything. But end-users expects hibernation to work out-of-the-box, AND the previous version wasn't affected by this bug, so there is a regression.
