When i open windows computer from Nautilus and see its resources. Russian resource display incorrect and i can not open their, English normal. However if i open English resource, i can normally see Russian folders and work with their.

This has nothing to do with the the locale smbd uses as smbd isn't part of the trouble. This is an issue of the window manager or better the environment the window manager uses.
Unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce the issue with openSUSE 11.1 and 112 RC 1 while using a KDE desktop.
Which Live CD version have you used? KDE or Gnome?

Therefore rpm -V called as non root user isn't able to calculate the current md5 sum of the file to compare it with the one from the rpm database.

This was a typo my intention was to get the output of smbd -b and smbd -V.

There we have since some hours dedicated repositories for openSUSE 11.2.
Due to the high load caused by the upcoming openSUSE 11.2 release the builds might need more time than usual.
The package change log you must include:
- Let smbclient show special characters properly; (bso#6829); (bnc#544204).
