This is entirely cosmetic, but I like kde to look the best it can and I think new users might be put off by the defaults in 11.3. Therefore, I'd recommend the following changes: System Settings | Look & Feel | Appearance | Windows | Window Decoration: Select "Ozone" at top of page, with both tick boxes below ticked ("Blend title bar colours with window contents" and "Show stripes next to the title"). From bug report #446713, I get the impression that some default settings of kde "as it comes off the shelf" have remained, thus the "suse kde" default settings have not been applied. I hope this observation helps.

Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install 11.3. 2. Log into kde4. 3. Compare with same on 11.2. Actual Results: An OK looking desktop. Expected Results: An awesome looking desktop.
