The qemu-x86-debuginfo is missing on Tubleweed and also on Leap 42.1.
1) $ zypper se qemu
-> to notify that qemu-x86-debuginfo is missed as package.

Actually, https://build.opensuse.org/project/repositories/openSUSE:Factory and https://build.opensuse.org/project/repositories/openSUSE:Leap:42.1 do have debuginfo enabled (verified in meta), yet show them all as disabled. OBS bug?
Would it help to enable debuginfo for https://build.opensuse.org/package/repositories/Virtualization/qemu? That's a checkmark I can set myself - it's 2.4.0 though, with 2.5.0-rc1 in preparation.

and I cannot see matching ExportFilter or such in osc meta prjconf openSUSE:Factory
if you really need it, you can always get it with osc getbinaries
