I am not sure how I should read https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory/wine but at least https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log/openSUSE:Factory/wine/stan... shows that RPMS/x86_64/wine-32bit-4.9-1.15.x86_64.rpm is correctly generated but was not published as part of the past two snapshots 20190527 or 20190529 it seems.
