When using vim with backup enabled, files like 70-eth0.conf~ are created. issue-generator takes also those temporary files into account, generating undesired extra content in /run/issue -> /run/issue.

Anyway, even if this is a new feature, what do you think about ignoring temporary files? I think no one would want issue-generator to use *.bak or *~ files.
