If you could post your dmesg output, that may help. If that's already spammed away, or the i915 driver didn't print anything useful in the first place, try rebooting with drm.debug=0x1e log_buf_len=1M and wait for the crash to happen again, then post dmesg.
dmesg output is the same as the file attached with "journalctl -k" :/
If only we had a clear way to reproduce this...
It's hunting season, so let's see how it goes.
Please also post your 'sudo lspci -nn' so we know what hardware we're looking at.
