I'm using a HFC-S-PCI-card, too, and I would prefer to use the newer mISDN-driver. But AFAIK, the YaST-ISDN-module doesn't support the mISDN driver(s) yet. The driver selected/configured with the YaST-ISDN-module is then loaded by the start-script(s) in /etc/sysconfig/isdn/scripts (e.g. load-hisax) when the ISDN-system is started. So the mISDN-drivers have to the blacklisted, too.
