Reason: NM only allow PPP connections if the password is stored. Btw. Also error detection in yast2 should be investigated. Several references are made to kinternet and it shows that is it restarting kinternet as it restarts services. However, as we see in #166997 where kinternet is not even installed on the system this fails to raise any error condition and gets silently ignored.
