I suggest to update the package in https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP3/lightt... to the one in https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory/lighttpd if this is possible, as it contains a lot of other fixes as well (SuSEfirewall related for example).
