The vmblock module enables dragging or copying files from within a guest and dropping or pasting them onto your host (guest to host drag and drop and file copy/paste). The rest of the software provided by VMware Workstation is designed to work independently of this feature (including host to guest drag and drop and file copy/paste). You must use patch to VMware to be able build modules under kernel >2.6.24.1 I think. I find this patch http://knihovny.cvut.cz/ftp/pub/vmware/vmware-any-any-update115.tar.gz For sure I reassign it to maintainer for better info. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

(to be honest, they aren`t very good with that. they are ALWAYS at least 1-2 kernel releases "behind" current release) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
