rd.break=initqueue, all the LVM volumes are found. So why aren't they
detected in a normal boot ?
lvm activation is done in the initqueue.
If you break before dracut-initqueue is finished, it is normal that lvm is not
You can try:
instead, which hopefully gives you a dracut shell too.
If so, please provide a new rdsosreport.
