http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1095704 Bug ID: 1095704 Summary: yast2-fonts installed causes tdecmshell to be unable to find module 'kde-fonts' Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 15.0 Hardware: x86-64 URL: https://bugs.pearsoncomputing.net/show_bug.cgi?id=2821 OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 Assignee: yast2-maintainers@suse.de Reporter: mrmazda@earthlink.net QA Contact: jsrain@suse.com CC: David.Rankin@ncmail.net Found By: --- Blocker: --- Created attachment 772222 --> http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/attachment.cgi?id=772222&action=edit annotated tail of /var/log/zypp/history from 42.3 host gx780 Initial summary: yast2-fonts installed causes tdecmshell to be unable to find module 'kde-fonts' Mailing list thread OP: http://trinity-devel.pearsoncomputing.net/?0::15745 On 42.3 host fi965 last updated 2018-04-24, breakage was already in effect as tested today. On 42.3 host gx780, 'tdecmshell fonts' worked as expected as of its last full update on 2018-03-31. TDE bug 2821 originally filed 2017-08-26 on 42.3 I today updated to reflect bug occurs on all 4 15.0 installations tested (fi965, gx760, gx780, gx78b). On TW20180511 host gx78b, 'tdecmshell fonts' worked as expected until installing yast2-fonts today. Removing it left it broken until exiting and restarting the TDE session. Updating to 20180530 kept it working until I again installed yast2-fonts. To reproduce: 1-open TDE session 2-verify yast2-fonts is not installed 3-verify 'tdecmshell fonts' works as expected 4-install yast2-fonts 5-try to run 'tdecmshell fonts' Actual results: 1-'tdecmshell fonts' fails with "tdecmshell (tdelibs) WARNING: Could not find module 'kde-fonts'." Expected results: 1-'tdecmshell fonts' opens normally -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
