Status update:

- userspace SLP helper has been accepted to conntrack-tools upstream (commit
  85c07c404fb7) and should appear in next release (1.4.6?)

- submitted backport for 1.4.5 Factory package, together with parser fixes
  (bsc#1141480), to Factory devel project

- once the Factory conntrackd package provides a userspace helper, we can drop
  the kernel patch from master branch and either do the same in stable or wait
  until it inherits the change with 5.3 final

- SLE15-SP2 branch (and therefore also openSUSE-15.2) will be probably forked
  after the patch is dropped; if not, the patch needs to be dropped manually
