And it seems like plasma-branding-MicroOS is not installed by default. So thanks to your suggestion I did a quick: sudo transactional-update pkg install plasma-branding-MicroOS systemctl reboot cp -r /etc/skel/.local/share/kio/ ~/.local/share/ The issue is then fixed, It's however not done by default in my case.
