I have ext4 on all af my systems. This issue doesn't depend on file system at all. I have my solution for Leap 15.0 I'll be happy if it could help for somebody other than just me: https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/vzhestkov:/leap15-gnome-update/openSUSE_Leap_15.0/ Just add the repo and make dist upgrade.
