Running in qterminal: lxqt-sudo yast2 Launches yast without problems for me. On this system I run LXQt 0.13.0 from regular repos. Do you have any special setup, repo? How do you launch lxqt-sudo, also from terminal? @Fabian, where did you see that LXQt clears $XAUTHLOCALHOSTNAME ?
