I still do not get the issue. You are trying to debug a crash, but drkonqi
fails ??  In what way. DrKonqi will report the crash and show whatever crash
information it can find.  

For normal users this would be an useless crash info as that it is missing the
debuginfo and debugsource packages. In most cases drkonqi would indicate which
packages to install in order to get a better crash report. 

What does drkonqi report in your case ?  And more importantly what KDE version
are you running ?  You are reporting this for openSUSE 13.2, so I assume you
are running KDE4.  

I had several crashes in the past and drkonqi never crashed itself due to
missing debug information. After installing the required <package>-debuginfo
and <package>-debugsource, drkonqi nicely reported an usable crash report. 

So maybe we can start with describing what exactly the problem is with drkonqi
? Does it crash or it just doesn't provide you with the right crash report ?
