Can you please test the package mobile-broadband-provider-info as currently
published in Factory or GNOME:Factory repositories?

If you'd prefer, I can also splt it out in a test repository, but it's a
low-risk noarch package with meta info only.. so it is not dependng on any
other toolchain.
