If it works, we can enable it. The condition probably dates back to when only
x86 and aarch64 were supported, and I never bothered to check whether
additional backends became available. Also it's not the primary debugger on
openSUSE, so having it on "niche" architectures was a bit less compelling.

One reason not to enable it would be the added build time, but let's see if
that's an issue.

I'd think so too. But I'm also fine with building it on additional
architectures.
