It outputs in one case 'b'apache2'', but not for all packages:

$ cnf a2enmod

Program 'a2enmod' is present in package 'b'apache2'', which is installed on
your system.

Absolute path to 'a2enmod' is '/usr/sbin/a2enmod', so running it may require
superuser privileges (eg. root).

$ cnf cnf

Program 'cnf' is present in package 'command-not-found', which is installed on
your system.

Absolute path to 'cnf' is '/usr/bin/cnf'. Please check your $PATH variable to
see whether it contains the mentioned path.
