After some upgrading Leap 15.1 Beta few days ago, KMail no longer able to receive new mail, or even move old mail across folders. Mailbox type is IMAP (hotmail.com). If you run 'akonadictl fsck', it would mention orphaned files, that seem to be missing mail. I've already tried nuking ~/.share/local/akonadi, it did help for some time, but soon it broke again. Current kmail package version: 18.12.3-lp151.1.1 Current akonadi* packages version: 18.12.3-lp151.1.1
