I'm a bit confused - according to Comment 19, the "shifting" still happens
after uninstalling drm-kmp-default, yet according to Comment 59, it does not.

If, after (as described in Comment 39) removing the package, then locking it,
and then *also* rebooting, you still see the issue, then please feel free to
REOPEN this ticket. In that case, please also tell us how to reproduce it -
i.e. which desktop environment are you using? Is compositing enabled? ...
