Thx Gabriele for anwser. so i fixed it in 2 ways: 1) upgrading elixir to devel 2) upgrading erlang to 21. My concern is that an user X reading the doc upstream see ( https://elixir-lang.org/install.html). he will take that repo, which imho is not up2date. Maybe we should update it
