I would love to provide a newer blender for our Leaps, but the major blockers

I would love to provide Blender for Leap, but see significant issues in the
dependency chain. I've fixed Blender-293 (2.93.10) build last weekend, and will
attempt to build it for 15.4 in a subproject. Then, we'll see, what really
missing and decide how to address it.
