"LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 plasmashell" crashed after awake from suspend.

This is a better trace with gdb of the plasmashell crash after an awakening
from suspend today. I was still using LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1.


-- Now I'm running "MESA_DEBUG=incomplete_tex,incomplete_fbo,context
plasmashell 2> plasmashell.log" and has loaded OK so far. I will do more tests
and come back with a response.
