I disabled plymouth for dracut by intensions.

- /etc/dracut.conf.d/50-nvidia.conf (TW/sle15)
  * exclude "plymouth" module from building initrd (boo#1047225)
  * include all nvidia kernel modules

So you want to have this bug again?
