I wonder that "grub-secureboot" is obsoleted by opensuse-secureboot as a bug
fix for empty distributor. I think both use same grub.cfg in ESP that looking
for the same partition for system's grub.cfg.

That is could you provide
 ./efi/EFI/grub/grub.cfg 
and also
 ./efi/EFI/opensuse/grub.cfg
