Comment # 1 on bug 1207856 from Felix Miata

Confirmed on host gx780 with TW20230202 using plasma5-bigscreen session via
kdebase3-kdm, except background is blue instead of black, and the Konsole
session left open from regular prior sessions reopens to a mostly
non-responsive state. The toolbar/panel doesn't appear anywhere. When I click
in the Konsole window, the onscreen keyboard appears. With onscreen keyboard
off, I hit Alt-F2, typed kcalc<ENTER>, and another Konsole window opened.
Clicking in it also pops up the onscreen keyboard. Ctrl-Alt-BS also works as
expected.
