I force reinstalled @ Dom0

  kernel-default, ovmf, ovmf-tools, qemu-ovmf, xen, xen-libs, xen-tools

Now, after toggling the TianoCore config to 

    [ ] Attempt Secure Boot

then Esc - Esc - Config, I *do* get a prompt:

    "Configuration changed.  Reset to apply it Now.
    Press ENTER to reset."

hit ENTER, it restarts, I see the logo, and ... immediately get the
"Verification failed" error again.
