After the latest tumbleweed update I had problems with starting keepassxc

- current keepassxc 2.7.9 requires libbotan-2-19.x and crashes without it on
startup.
- only botan 3.x is available in the tumbleweed repos
- this affects both the classic rpm and the flathub package

Current workaround: install libbotan 2.x manually from leap 15 and have both
packages in parallel:
