I see the llvm12 based rust1.55 has been released in TW 20211104, thank you all
who investigated and found the workaround

- Add BuildRequire: llvm12-devel on Tumbleweed; see boo#1192067
- Change llvm_bundling to be required on x86_64, aarch64 and ppc64le
  on 15.3, too. Otherwise cargo segfaults when building
  MozillaFirefox-93.0

But we need to manually trigger a rebuild of Factory Firefox to fully fix the
issue, as the version in this snapshot is still old:
