The rights of the pid directory will be set in the script postfix-files which
will applied by all updates.

$queue_directory/pid:d:root:-:755:uc

But in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=1846159&action=diff the
rights of the pid dir will not be changed. IMHO this is not necessary.
I'll only adapt the systemd start script.
