Kubic no longer uses the yast2-disk module during installation

Kubic instead doesn't show the partioner until the partitioning proposal module
on the partitioning screen

If the disk it too small for any disk proposal, YaST2 crashes with an error

https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/699533#step/installation_overview/2

"undefined method "safe_copy"..."

Expected behaviour - Yast should not crash and partitioning proposal module
should show a nice big red error message informing the user about the problem
