So in the probed devicegraph the LVM PV (with sid 49) is directly placed on sdc2. In the committed devicegraph there is an additional LUKS device between the LVM PV and sdc2. Such and operation is not possible. Instead the LVM PV must also be recreated (thus change the sid).
