You can check changelog:
> rpm -q --changelog seamonkey | less
to see if this bug is mentioned.
If yes, then "-fno-delete-null-pointer-checks" is not enough and Rosenauer
needs to add "-fno-lifetime-dse -fno-schedule-insns2" to CFLAGS as well, and
this bug needs to be reopen.
If no, check if you have the last tumbleweed snapshot (20160817).
