I was looking for KWalletManager5 bugs for openSUSE 42.1 LEAP before submitting
my own and stumbled on this bug report. By any chance, is 'Enable the KDE
wallet subsystem' is checked in Configure Desktop -> Account Details -> KDE
Wallet?
