since a short time ( 1 week?) no URL can be connected.
The problem is that the /etc/resolv.conf is empty, however the
yast-networkconfiguration contains 2 DNS-Adresses ( 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 )

I can solve that temporary by an additional run-level-script 
(write both addresses to /etc/resolv.conf and execute rcnetwork restart ) 

After this it works fine.

On an second PC (Leap 15.2 too ) this problem dos not occurred. 
The last system-update on this Laptop was done for an long time!!

remarks: 

my internetprovider (Vodefone-Kabel) changed for a short time the modem to a
FritzBox 6490 Cabel

In the first days i have had no problems.
