kkoehne reporterd over IRC that the current license names we have are actually
not quite correct.

LGPL-3.0-with-Qt-Company-Qt-exception-1.1 does not exist and
LGPL-2.1-with-Qt-Company-Qt-exception-1.1 or
LGPL-3.0-with-Qt-Company-Qt-exception-1.1 are actually two entirely different
exceptions.

This needs to be adjusted both in the list of valid licenses and the packages
themselves.
