Comment # 2 on bug 682921 from Karl Cheng

Apparently the changelog for mailman states that issue 41344 reported the same
thing back in 2004. I can't see it (unauthorised) but apparently this issue is
"won't fix".

This issue still applies to openSUSE Leap 42.2, 42.3 and TW 20170808.

Could someone with permissions confirm this resolution would be correct?
