The errors you mention should cause the node device driver to ignore the devices, but they shouldn't prevent libvirtd from starting. If it really doesn't start (check with e.g. 'virsh list' or 'virsh capabilities') please provide the full output from the journal, e.g. 'journalctl --no-hostname -b -u libvirtd'. Thanks!
