Handle jingle packet correctly

A/V calls not working, what make this software useless.

Prosody server doesnt handle A/V calls, when destination client app is not in
foreground - display is off or another app is open. In this situation server
filters unimportant packets to save client battery and accidentaly block A/V
calls.

This bug was discussed and resolved on Conversations support chat channel

Solution A) preffered - update to Prosody 0.11.8

Solution B) apply attached patch
