Btrfs subvolumes have separate entries in fstab, that is also as requested.

Unfortunately various tools do not handle the case with one btrfs filesystem
mounted at several locations well. I have seen bugs report for some tools,
but feel free to make new ones for tools where you cannot find a bug report.

Otherwise everything is as requested and designed.
