If you would try yourself, you will get some clues.
Firstly they spec are adapted to the way pgdg build postgresql and install it
on system.

They also build all the needed python3 stuf on their own repo
(But beware a lot will change again with the just release pgadm4 version 3)

So as they don't collaborate with us on obs, nor we collaborate with pgdg
(shame for both ;-) their solution doesn't apply for ours.

Now pgadmin4 has dropped the use of qtwebkit, it will simplifies life. But
still all python3 and nodejs stuff should be done firstly on obs and then be
used to build properly pgadmin4.
