Turning of the internal dependency generator is not supported, all packages that do that are broken. Looking at the rpm code it seems that find-provides is only called if the internal dependency generator is *off*. What are you guys doing? I do not want to support this! (As for the patch, what's with those "if" statements when setting the env?)
