It's a known issue and has been already fixed (see [1]) by the latest update
released for SLE15 but for some reasons Leap has still not updated systemd :(

So your issue should be fixed by the next update of systemd, not sure when it
will happen though... Ludwig ?

I'm closing the bug, Pi, feel free to re-open it if you believe it's still not
fixed by the next update.
