The build time for the client is minimal and negligible. Please stop this rude behaviour of closing bug requests without understanding what they even mean. Using rsvg-convert has nothing to do with GNOME. The point is that nextcloud-desktop would not need any GTK libs to build with if you did not insist on using inkscape.
